Pramaningtyas Sarce Margareth is Nutrition International’s Deputy Country Director for Indonesia. In this role, he oversees program coordination and implementation in support of Nutrition International’s strategic goals in Indonesia. He also supports the Country Director with external representation, grant management and team leadership.

With over seven years of leadership experience across Indonesia and Timor-Leste, Pramaningtyas brings a unique combination of human-centered understanding and strategic leadership to the development and humanitarian sector. His expertise spans program design, strategic planning and operational management for health, education, youth, child protection and humanitarian programs. He has successfully contributed to country-level strategy, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and implemented evidence-based programs in complex environments. His work is grounded in locally-led development, equity and impact.

Prior to joining Nutrition International, Pramaningtyas served as the Head of Programs for ChildFund Australia, where he led program teams, ensured quality program development and implementation and contributed to strengthening relationships with government and civil society partners. Earlier in his career, he held several progressive roles at the Indonesia Bhadra Utama Foundation, including serving as Executive Director from 2018-2022, General Manager of Program Performance and Development and Early Childhood Project Development Project Manager.

Pramaningtyas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Management from the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis ASIA, both in Indonesia.
