Raising Pakistan’s I.Q with iodized salt

In December 2008, renowned New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof visited MI’s Pakistan office.
While there, he toured some of the local salt mills or “chakkis” that MI works with to ensure salt is iodized.
His resulting column and video about salt iodization injected a little humour into a little known subject!
