Overview

Adolescence is a critical window for growth and lifelong health, yet adolescent nutrition remains underprioritized despite a global “triple burden” of malnutrition. Existing approaches are often fragmented and have lacked clear guidance for coordinated action, particularly without meaningful engagement from young people themselves.

This resource introduces a global, action-oriented framework co-created with youth to guide investments and action across four levels: individuals, communities, national systems and global systems. Designed for diverse stakeholders, it supports more aligned, context-specific efforts while placing adolescents at the centre to drive more effective and sustainable change.
