As Vice-President of External Relations, Margaux Stastny is responsible for enhancing Nutrition International’s positioning and effectiveness as a leading global nutrition organization. Leading Nutrition International’s global advocacy efforts, Margaux builds support for the organization and the nutrition movement as a whole, both domestically and internationally.
Working across Country, Regional and Head Offices, Margaux oversees the development and implementation of Nutrition International’s marketing, communications and government relations strategies. As a member of the Executive Management Committee, Margaux also provides strategic and operational advice to amplify and leverage the technical expertise and operational impact of Nutrition International’s interventions around the world.
Margaux has over 15 years of experience working in communications, marketing and policy development across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Nutrition International, Margaux served as the Director of Communications or Operations to the Canadian Ministers of Agriculture, Public Works, Natural Resources, Industry and International Development.
Margaux holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, in Political Science from Concordia University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs, International Economic Policy at Carleton University.
